| This restaurant is located in front of the main square, in the same facilities used during 60 years by the town pharmacy. For this reason, old furniture and some prescription books were kept as part of a nostalgic decoration.
Food is fascinating too, since its proposal consists of showing to its guests the way people lived in the old regional ranches, but from a gastronomic point of view.
Among its specialties, we can mention lamb, which is prepared using only with salt, and roasted on fallen tree firewood, fresh salads harvested from gardens of the zone, and the plus: a wide range of the best national wines, as well as delicious pisco sours. No fried food is prepared here.
