Hotel Altiplanico Sur opened with 22 rooms; matrimonials, triples, twins and singles. The hotel has a restaurant, cafeteria, bar, laundry, internet service, parking lots, and central heating. It will be in operation all year around.

In the interior, noble woods of the region, glass, bricks, stone, concrete and brute steel are the predominant materials, all of them in its natural state, to enhance the sensation of simplicity. The rooms are spacious and they have a spectacular view over the Ultima Esperanza Bay and the Balmaceda Glacier. A tasteful, refined and inviting decoration is gracefully achieved in each room.
